Has anyone had any success stories with Black Horse? From what I've read they seem to the be hardest to get anything out of.

I haven't had any success (YET!) but I am working on them. I have a loan pre 2005 that I want to claim for, I sent them an SAR request only to receive info on current finance that I have with them. I shall not be giving up! There are quite a few on here having trouble with them. But let's not let them get away with this.0 -

I was mis-sold a few years ago by HFC but did not have any of the original docs. I did as you guys recommended and sent out the standard letter asking for the docs. 40 days have no passed and no response!! What next?????

Did you send your letter recorded delivery? If so have you checked it was delivered.
If you carried out the above and the 40 days have passed you can make a complaint to the Information Commission follow this link:
www.ico.gov.uk/complaints.aspx then click on Freedom of Information and use the online form, you may have to upload evidence to support it to.
Check the date in which it was delivered and who signed for it as you can input this info on the complaints form.
