Hello, new here but been reading the forums for a fair while.

Anyway, I took out a Black Horse Loan in Jan 2006, I went to their local branch in Wokingham and was told that unless I took out the PPi I wouldn't be accepted for the loan, now I was told this verbally and signed the agreement. I have copies of the agreement in front of me now still.

So, first of all I've read through how I go about claiming I just wondered if anyone had the address for where I should be sending the letter to?

If you want to also check this out first here, unless you have already of course as there is some useful info here on PPI and a template letter to help you.

They have 8 weeks to respond in full, and until you receive the final response from them and if not successful you can then move this on to the Financial ombudsman service.
