Petermb is very good they charge the fees to the company not the client. Also not time barred have 6years.:j :j :j :j

Pleased for you that will take some of the pressure off of you. May take between 9 and 12 months though.;)

Thank you Marshallka. Just going to get full SAR for claims that are with FOS they have still only settled two out of the three. Am still being ignored:rolleyes: by both parties Will then examine carefully and go from there.;)

They are back at school, however the dog is 7months old and keeps looking at me and jumping up at me, as if to say "I'm bored" lol
