    How were you mis sold?
Not sure if we have been mis sold, took out PPI with a personal loan.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

    Hi there hun

Please check out this link here:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

This will give you more of an idea, there is some useful PPI info and a mis selling list.

When did you take out the loan/PPI? (what year).

There is also a letter template you can use to help guide you, now if any of those reasons on the list occur to you add them to the letter and as much info as possible.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full.

Post by recorded delivery in order for your proof of posting and to keep a check on the 8 weeks they have.

If you let us know the result from you response, we can help move on to the following step if required.

    Good luck hun.;)

  • No FOS aren't open I have just tried to ring them & got a recorded message that they are now closed until Monday.

There website said that they were open normal hours today until 5.00pm.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE

Just had a PHONE CALL from the FOS !! It was my adjudicator(!) for my redcats complaint regarding no credit agreement and trying to default me even though I didnt stop paying! I have no idea what will happen with this and not bothered either way but I didnt expect the adjudicator to ring and introduce herself and say she will look at the case next week.:D

Could you ask them to take a look at mine while they're at it?! :D
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
