Hello Max hope you are well xxJust quietly at home! What about you?
Just had a PHONE CALL from the FOS !! It was my adjudicator(!) for my redcats complaint regarding no credit agreement and trying to default me even though I didnt stop paying! I have no idea what will happen with this and not bothered either way but I didnt expect the adjudicator to ring and introduce herself and say she will look at the case next week.:D0 -

Just to let you know the guy (mortgage adviser) Tim has taken all our details today as we had to fill in a form and we are due to a call back tomorrow, fingers crossed.;)

I have been contacted by Ge Money, and asked to supply proof that I have a pre existing illness.
I have a letter from my GP stating this fact,is this normal procedure.They have also supplied me with the amount paid for ppi.£869 + 8%
They also said that it would take about 3wks to process.However they did not say they would definatley reimburse me.
What do you think of my chances?SPC £500 well will try very hard.
