    Just had a PHONE CALL from the FOS !! It was my adjudicator(!) for my redcats complaint regarding no credit agreement and trying to default me even though I didnt stop paying! I have no idea what will happen with this and not bothered either way but I didnt expect the adjudicator to ring and introduce herself and say she will look at the case next week.:D
    Wow, thats quick Pinknico. Is this then classed as a banking complaint or a PPI one?? I hope you win;)

    Got to go and look for a fireplace (or parts etc) and a plasterer too!!

    Had the post and nothing yet and will look through the posts later...Everyones managing fine though...
  • I have been contacted by Ge Money, and asked to supply proof that I have a pre existing illness.

    I have a letter from my GP stating this fact,is this normal procedure.They have also supplied me with the amount paid for ppi.£869 + 8%

    They also said that it would take about 3wks to process.However they did not say they would definatley reimburse me.

    What do you think of my chances?:confused:
    SPC £500 well will try very hard.

  • hi maxdp just a quick question please do u no if all policy offer the finish paying for policy and not making a claim u get back a percentage deal or marshallka didnt see u there luv

    No they do not. Is that a first plus or welcome finance deal.:confused:

    ok just query as i have no paperwork for my loan mine is with barclays by the way just saw it on here and wanted to find out if it was on all policy cheers
