No you do not get a claim nothing back get the premiums back with Barclays as far as I am aware.
Are you trying to claim back the PPI that you had on this Loan. Do you feel you have been miss sold. If you can give us some more information we can guide you on what to do next.;):mad:0 -

Anyway, surprise surprise - received the PPI document from HFC/Endeavour, and the details on them when to make complaints about the payment protection are dealt by Hamilton.
This is what is says:
CUSTOMER CARE
We encourage you to clarify with us any issues that you may have concerning this policy or the benefits it offers and, whilst we hope that you will have no reason to complain, complaints or requests for information should, in the first instance, be addressed to our Customer Services Department at:
Hamilton Insurance, PO Box 4718, Birmingham, B1 3RF.
If you are not satisified with the handling or your complaint has not been resolved within 8 weeks please write to our Chief Executive at Hamilton Insurance, North Street, Winkfield, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 4TD.
In after writing to our Chief Executive, you remain dissatisfied or your complaint has not been resolved within 8 weeks you may approach the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London, E14 9SR, who will undertake an independent review of your complaint.
Should you contact the FOS, this will not be prejudice any right or legal action which you may have.
Should we become at any time unable to meet our liabilities under this policy, your interests will currently be protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, details available are from the FSCS.
In all correspondence please give your agreement number and/or claim reference so that your enquiry or complaint can be dealt with as quickly as possible.
We advise you to keep all copies of all correspondence you send.

I think this is a consumer complaint
The FOS cant help with the PPI though I did sneak the documents in that redcats sent me saying they had no proof of PPI being asked for or signed for:D
