Am gonna take them to court think through a 3rd party, just to be on the safe side. I can't give up now.

The only thing is with the others who won their amounts were below £5K
Its below £5K for the small claims courts and for anything over you would have to find out more and PAY more. What about taking Firstplus for the loan??

Dreamer, if you really think you can get the PPI back from Freedom then go ahead with the courts option but there is another way against Firstplus but its for the whole loan. There is a thread about unenforceable loan agreements and voidable too and I can now see why people turn this way when these companies know they have missold but they also know you have not got a cat in hells chance of getting it back from them with any help from the authorities. Take a look, i have looked myself..;)

Its not claiming misselling of the PPI its finding things wrong with the agreement etc... .

Some companies actually deserve this treatment.. They are just having a taste of what goes around comes around.

I think when you have a LEGIT claim that had it gone to the FOS WOULD have been upheld and they know that due to dates you have no chance of getting it back then they deserve all they get.

Do you have a link for a website? Don't know if mine is a little different due to it being an unregulated agreement?

Ahh, I see, yours was unregulated then wasn't it dreamer. Its only regulated agreements as its about the consumer credit act and yours would not come into it then.

We will think of something though dreamer... they should pay you back... its so annoying..

    Hi Sarah
Yes it maybe that, you can always double check by contacting them on the tel number to make sure its the correct place your sending to, they should be able to confirm this to you.;)

Also as Marshallka has mentioned, we assume you are using recorded delivery?;)

    Good luck with this hunni.:A
