    Hi there hun
To save me going back on posts, do you actually mean you want them to deal with 2 PPI complaints in one?
That is fine, and you can always request for copies of the breakdown/calculations as well, so we know what is what.;)

If I have mis read this hun, let me know, cheers.:o :D

Right okay, just edited to come back in and realise this was Maxdp that posted that comment lol, so does this still stand for you or was that your reply above to that of Maxdp's?
    Cheers.

i was referring to wat max said to me. i was initially just claiming on my last loan but as they all had something to do with each other i decided to include them as well as i was told those loan had ppi as well so it started from when i got my first loan. but i dont really no if max is saying it will work in my favour or against me thanks

    hi all
dont want to sound dumb but will a SAR tell me if i got any rebate when i paid off my loan early? I have finished 2 loans in 04 and was not aware of any rebate. Thankyou

Hi Nutmeg it may do, but why don't you write to them anyway and request for the breakdowns on this in writing, they should be able to send you this, this will and should explain about the PPI as well.;)
Good luck and you do not sound dumb.:D ;) .

As them to send you a hardcopy of this through the post within 7-10 days, post by recorded delivery so you can check this as proof and to keep a check on those requested days.
Post up on here when you receive these and they will be worked out for you, all you want is an explanation of the breakdown of the settlement calculations.

    I see.
To be honest if you see the calculations on both these for yourself as they should provide these for you if you request for them, it can be calculated, you can then post on here and I am sure Marshallka or someone who is good at working out maths lol, will be able to tell you the best way to deal with this, but I don't think it makes that much difference to be honest.

Ask them for these hun and put it into writing, I do tell others to do this as well, because this will and should prove what is what with PPI on one loan and the other if you know what I mean and we can take it from there.

Good luck and it will work out either way.;)

This one would be better on the bank charges thread. Don't know much about the bank charges reclaiming.. .

Thanks for your help Di & Marshalka - sorry to hear you've been poorly too - there is certainly something going around at the moment - we've been suffering as well!

I too suspect that the form was a timewasting excercise - it asks stuff like who the policy is with (I can hardly believe they don't know that!) and things like that. I think I will send it back to them blank stating that they already have the answers to the questions in their records, and that the exact and precise nature of my complaint is in the letter to them dated...... And reminding them that the 8 weeks is running! ;)

    Cheers!
Let us know how you get on...;) .

    Good luck
