Hello hun
They do have 8 weeks to respond in full, so if you have not heard from them with a good response or anything at all by then go straight to the Financial Ombudsman service.
The FOS do actually give them 8 weeks to respond before they are able to investigate.;)
You could make sure though the firm are taking it as from the 1st of November for the 8 weeks, good luck and please keep us posted in order for us to help you here.;)

I mean I havent passed my 6 month at work so they are letting emmgo - just before xmas how lovely!
So I was wondering as I am trying to reclaim for my PPI shall I just cancel my direct debit cos northern rock are saying they dont know about it so I figure if I cancel my DD then they might suddebly jump into action!
Contact the company hun and explain the situation, this way your covering yourself here.;)
But I know what you mean.
Sorry I have not had chance to read back on all the posts but see our Marshallka has been helping and depending on how she is feeling, she may be back later and have an answer here for you.;)

Try the FOS explaining the situation and see what they say, If nothing try the FSA, I spoke to a really nice man when I called, really helpful. I am sure something can be done.DS1 12/10/04

I had 3 loans (1 secured,1 personal & 1 car finance) with WELCOME FINANCE a few years ago, do I need to write seperate letters for each loan or can I include all agreement numbers on one letter for ppi reclaim. (My printer is broken!)0

Hiya hun
Sorry to hear of your printer, we become reliant on these for out claims don't we? .
Right hun I know if its with the same company then yes keep it all to one letter, and if you have the account numbers, make sure you refer an account number to each one, if you know what I'm saying.
Hope this helps and good luck.;)

Thanx Di, have been chasing these !!!!!!s up over the phone for the past month to send me the credit agreements, they have only sent me one! I have now given up on them, good job i still have the agreement numbers!! Here goes.........
Hiya hun
Did they charge you for the agreement or agreements ?
If they only sent you the one did they mention anything about the other one?
I would always keep it in writing because if this way and posted by recorded post they normally have I think 12 days to supply these and this is your proof of asking. xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

No, but it was one of their customer service advisors that gave me the agreement numbers over the phone, after asking me some security checks!
Arh I see.
Okay then, well on the other you have not received, write to them and request for it, tell them
"I expect to receive this within 12 days of my dated request no later, although I had requested for this agreement at an earlier date of xx/xx/xxxx, perhaps you will be kind enough to send this to me within 5 days of this current letter request".;) x
