marshallka wrote: »Its still a lot more than money here Di. When you are in debt and needlessly induced to more debt how many arguments do you end up having in the house etc. What amount of money can repay you for things like that. What amount of money can repay you for the stress these things cause..getting the money back is only a small refund of what they have REALLY done...
Yes I totally agree with you, its not nice, the amount of stress down to them is no ones business, but it does not help - I know.
Hun these people do not care, only when it comes to filling their own pockets with our money, feelings do not come into it at all.......:mad:The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I know I was asked to be patient but just sent this in by email
Hi, I wondered if you are now in a position to let me know whether you have sent the letter to whoever is responsible for the PPI rebate we received and if they have now given a final response. I know you say that there are jurisdiction issues but can you please let me know what is what. I need to get things moving with this complaint as I said that after christmas there are only a certain amount of weeks left until its over 6 years with the date of the rebate. I was told by the manager I spoke to that this would be under "compulsory jurisdiction" of the FOS and must say that I am stressed out now wondering how they are getting away with this again. This complaint has been twice with an adjudicator and then thrown back and I am at my wits end. I have had my hopes up and then dashed already twice and only want a fair hearing.
If you could update me of the situation I would be most grateful.0 -

Good luck Marshallka, I really do hope they let you know here, tell them your under a consultant for your health at the moment as well if I were you, or whoever it is your under and this does not help with the distress etc, in your own words of course, maybe they will realise how difficult this has been for you, I'm sorry but you are in the right to know what is what here.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
I have not heard anything from the Lloyds Adjudicator either since explaining our current situation, which is going to affect us financially and so...
well is was bad enough as it was as they were aware of this, but its not going to get any better......

I am under the doc at the moment but it was a hematolgist at the hospital that picked up these things and I go on friday. I know there is something more wrong and I am uptight about this too but I want things sorting like everyone else. I know I am nothing special and everyone has there problems too but as I say I am not playing on this as I think 6 to 7 months is ample time to determine where my complaint lies here.
I just hope I get some positive info back this time..:mad:0 -

Yes hun I know what your saying and of course you have your health to think of as well, you do not need extra stress added on to this, enough is enough !
I want you to get some justice out of this and NOW!
Yes 6-7 months its dragged on and on, just waiting to know what is what, you just need to know what the heck is happening here, its pathetic, they could just tell you, I feel for you especially so much here because I have never come across anyone that have gone through as much as you, I just wish they would move on and sort this out for you, this will be one less worry on your back. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

The last time it got thrown out I was told it was under COMPULSORY jurisdiction of the insurer and they already had copies of the insurance details that Firstplus had provided and it actually states on the Insurance that all complaints are handled first by the adminstrator and then by Lloyds who were under the Insurance Ombudsman Scheme. The administrators only pass the complaints onto Lloyds so although my adminstrator is in liquidation they are only go betweens and the insurance is dealt with by LLoyds.
Where is their problem.....  :mad:0 -
