some people have been settled before final response robbie.
after reading all threads there's not one good result off blackhorse due to there hard ball attitude, & the FLA NOT REGULATING THEM. i have heard of one person taking them to court, but they havnt posted a thread since announcing this action. dont be put off most company's do settle before they get to court. i believe the lack off court action has given blackhorse the belief to mess people around ,& they go away.
hope they settle for you, but dont be put off if you have to take court action.

Your claim for the county court would need to be under a certain amount. There is some information here

Hiya Anne.Jade - I have won with the co-op on 3 out of 4 of the loans. :j However, the Firstplus complaint about unfair rebate has now got jurisdiction issues surrounding it after going to the insurer with this complaint like advised by the FOS. The FOS cannot comment more at this time... .

Oh that's good on the Co-Op one, are you happy with that? Wonder what the jurisdiction issues are then, I still reckon it's down to FirstPlus myself. Or does it mean that the FOS might not have the power to deal with it?

Unfortunately I have some awkward ones, one with the FSCS (Compensation scheme) as the company Twopart/Eloan went into liquidation earlier this year, another was out of jurisdiction but going about it in a different way which is the unfair rebate, so this is being dealt with by the lenders bank where my complaint lies with them right now, so will have to wait and see.;)
