Hi Jack
Good to see you have made it here.;)
Okay not to worry, if the loans were over the last 6 years, contact them in writing and request for copies of the agreements, they should provide these either free or maybe charge a £1 for these, ring first to ask if they charge but always put into writing and post by recorded delivery, this way they cannot deny receiving this then.
These should take 12 days from when they receive the request.
However you could request for a FULL SAR request, which is Subject Access Request, where there is a charge of £10 cheque or postal order payment for this, they have 40 days to comply and MUST provide everything they have on you.
So its up to you, you have a choice of just requesting for the agreements which may be a Quid for each one and settled loans, request for a written breakdown of calculations in hardcopy, or:
The SAR which will in many cases take longer within 40 days to arrive, although you may be lucky and receive these at an earlier time.;)
If you require a template letter for the SAR let us know and one of us will post this up for you. xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

As my above post, just write to them, not to worry if you've no account details, if this was the last 6 years you should not have a problem with them supplying the info you require.
If you were at a different address then, it may help to mention this, also your date of birth etc.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Thanks Marshallka, great idea.:T
. Will have to try those ideas.x
I have also been meaning to try that roll on stuff, isn't it called something like "Forehead", can't remember lol.....:o
Try the scarf thing. I used to do it regular. You have to do it tight but it does work. A dressing gown belt or something like that...:D0 -
