Yes thats what I did in the end. They did get back to me and told me who the broker was so you should be ok. Good luck

I have left two voice messages now for my adjudicator and also two emails and not had a reply to any... maybe gone off on his hols like they all seem to do or illness etc...

Before he had replied within a day or two. Now nothing.. .

I keep refreshing my email all the time. I am now thinking that they are in dispute over the other two loans maybe...They had said they would be happy to look into the sales of these but had no paperwork for them. Luckily I happened to have it which I suppose has put a spanner in the works here. I bet they thought they would be dead and buried.
