I was going to send a letter but then was unsure.. Abbey actually sold me the policy along with my mortgage. Gosh have got away with that this year mine are 16 and 14 and have not gone out.

My son bless him went out last year for haloween with his friend who was 15 and 6foot 2. They come came back with a carrier bag of sweets each. I said to them that people were probably terrified:eek: I said to my son rather than me buy sweets and have to keep getting up to answer door. Why don't we as parents all come to an arrangement where we all give you the sweets and it will stop you annoying everybody else. He was not having it though :D

Cool, bet your enjoying the peace then hunni ?:D :T .

Now I have come off the wii, my youngest just had a shower and is drying his hair using my hair dryer lol, my older son for halloween tonight he has gone to this Victorian old house, here:
    http://www.newport.gov.uk/_dc/index.cfm?fuseaction=thingstosee.tredegarhouse&contentid=cont111201

Hubby is doing what he is usually doing "watching TV".........lol.....:o , nah only joking he just made me a cuppa lol.....:D , and in a min I'm going for a shower, my 3rd one today, because I need to feel fresh again after playing on the wii lol......:D :o:D , I do really need to get fit again......
Yeah you and me too. I'm trying to do 20 mins on the treadmill I have got. Its got to do some good as I break out in a sweat and burn lots of calories.. I have now got a very sore swollen bit behind my knee and never had leg probs before this claim from April. I told my hubby tonight its where I sit crossed legs on the computer and when I read about FIrstplus I tense all my muscles and the top leg digs in my knee... I know it sounds odd but its the truth here.

So its a lappy you use as well then I take it ?
I'm the same here too, and I get all achey all over from head to toe, hubby reckons its all the time I spend on here, so the way its going I will keep this lappy as spare, and when I have a bit of spare dough, I will invest in a new desktop, I miss my desktop..... .
I sit legs crossed with the lappy too..... , I may get the workbench out tomorrow, and get those dumbells back out......I may brave it, I have not had a good workout in a long time, I may take up going back to aerobics too, I defo will not have another ciggie then.......:o , and then the BP should go back to normal..........fingers crossed, so think getting healthy time now I think......:D
