Its just not fair is it?
They should have really checked first to see if your eligible, like almost all of them, they do not do that....... .

I hate comments from them like "it was your responsibility" and so on where I made comments back to tell them it was their responsibility to make sure that I the product was suitable for me before I signed, as you are the sales person and so on!!!

When I first called the broker that sold it to us to complain because he did not explain penalties or anything else, (we only found out because we were going to move and expected the settlement figure to be less) he turned around and said "i'm not a mind reader, did you tell me you were going to move" his whole attitude was totally different, before he was our best friend, urghhhhhhhh:mad: Con man comes to mind, I can send my letter to you if you wish to read it

Lol, my routine with me here is that I am normally out of bed by 6 or 7 am, I have to get up early to give myself time to get motivated, then its making sure my youngest especially is dealt with as the older one is old enough to deal with himself lol. I tend to get the washing machine on as soon as I get out of my shower, then have brekkie, about 3 cuppa's lol......:D , making sure my son is fed washed and dressed properly.
While hubby is home he has been pretty handy, when he returns to work I may not have time to post so much on here.

I pop off in between in the day to sort out dinner, then the cleaning gets done, then back on here and so on.
I make sure my son is occupied too.;)
Honestly Di, if anyone looked at my times of posts they would swear I was neglecting my family... I do all that too but they are able to do these for themselves... I just do it as a mother and feel I have to...LOL and with my older son of 21 too. I just love being mum... I miss it lots at the moment but really cannot settle. I want to get back to being me.. I want my house secured again and then maybe i can think of other things..I am spending too much time on here and not enough time doing the things i SHOULD be doing.

I don't want the money back for anything else other than to pay some off the mortgage so we can afford to pay the mortgage...

I know your a very busy bee hunni, between trying to fit in with family and getting your finances sorted out, this is why I'm trying to make the most of it while I can.
I love being Mum, but I know sometimes my youngest tells me to leave him alone as I am babying him........ :o , so it will do him good to have a little independence, although he us not to be left alone sort of thing, he fused the electrics out at one point as he was angry, we are all lucky to still be here, he was trying to yank the plug in socket off his bedroom wall, he does not understand the dangers as such...... , so as much as I adore my kids like we all do, if you have things to sort out, you do not settle until its resolved, its so hard to relax........
