oh i see, but hopefully the ombudsman will give them a shove in the right direction

I don't think your going to have any problems with your claim against A&l they have already been fined so this goes in your favour:j

Was just kidding if the kiddy protection team are watching. I feed them, wash for them, iron for them, clean for them, listen to them (whilst typing of course) and get their clothes ready for morning. I just don't do much else but cannot concentrate on much else at the moment only keeping their roof over their heads....

Its very hard marshallka, they say crime does not pay, but I have never seen a skint criminal

Lol, my routine with me here is that I am normally out of bed by 6 or 7 am, I have to get up early to give myself time to get motivated, then its making sure my youngest especially is dealt with as the older one is old enough to deal with himself lol. I tend to get the washing machine on as soon as I get out of my shower, then have brekkie, about 3 cuppa's lol......:D , making sure my son is fed washed and dressed properly.
While hubby is home he has been pretty handy, when he returns to work I may not have time to post so much on here.

I pop off in between in the day to sort out dinner, then the cleaning gets done, then back on here and so on.
I make sure my son is occupied too.;)

This is one of the reasons I had to stop with complaining because it took over my life and the kids at the time were only 7 and 5 it was all really getting me down.

I was off work for 6 wks in 2003 with low mood this would have been classed as pre-existing however have only just found out I was only covered for life already had this on the mortgage. huhhhhh the cheek of them at ff

This was what i first read from A& L dated 8th October, 2008

Alliance & Leicester group chief executive, David Bennett, has said in a statement: "I apologise sincerely for our shortcomings. We will be writing to every customer concerned and will be working with independent accountants and the FSA to ensure that we put right any disadvantage identified."

Customers can be assured that we are taking this matter very seriously and that we have reviewed and tightened up our processes from December 2007 to ensure that all customers get the right information and advice."

Then now in the news it reads this

Mr Humphries's figure on the number of people mis-sold PPI is probably not as fanciful as it first seems. Alliance & Leicester, following the FSA fine, is currently writing to 211,000 loan customers who bought PPI from it between January 2005 and December 2007, informing them of how to make a complaint if they feel they have been mis-sold.

I thought that they were going to do automatic paybacks....

I am sooooo glad the FSA regulates ff now :j as they are dealing with my complaint soooooo differently to last time. They were very very unfair and harsh.

They should have really checked first to see if your eligible, like almost all of them, they do not do that....... .

I hate comments from them like "it was your responsibility" and so on where I made comments back to tell them it was their responsibility to make sure that I the product was suitable for me before I signed, as you are the sales person and so on!!!
