Blimey you had to travel 50 miles ?
So they could not help you then ?

You should do what you think is right hunni.;)
I think you have a good case here and you have fought this far, I wouldn't stop now either.;)

No I didn't go when I called them the person was on long term sick so I was stuck, then few weeks ago called them not knowing that I would have to go there, but I didn't too far away. The lady couldn't believe he gave me the details for them when they are so far away.

I'm not really sure about the CAB. Once they told me a few yrs ago that I had to pay my poll tax from 10yrs ago (naughty I know lol) as this was not included in the 6yrs rule. But when I was on hm courts the other day it states on there that it is included, I paid it aswell:mad: so my faith in CAB not too sure...

    This para is interesting:

The general rule is that you're bound by the terms of a signed contract. One exception to this is where the terms of the written contract were misrepresented to the signatory.

Maybe I'll be going for the loan amount and ppi lol
    Maybe Dreamer...:D

Oh i see, hopefully they will cave in
Its not a matter of caving in for them, its paying up for definate. If your sale was one from the dates that they were fined then they are doing automatic paybacks... that is what i read from the news...

Night maxdp, its hard with the kiddies I know... I neglect mine at the mo though lol. Feel like a terrible mother sometimes... You can tell how long I don't spend with them by the amount of time on here. If anyone ever looked back over my posting they would swear I had no-one to look after. I spent the whole day off here though yesterday....
Was just kidding if the kiddy protection team are watching. I feed them, wash for them, iron for them, clean for them, listen to them (whilst typing of course) and get their clothes ready for morning. I just don't do much else but cannot concentrate on much else at the moment only keeping their roof over their heads....
