Did you say it was a washer/dryer? Don't think you should get condensation from a washer dryer could be wrong though not really sure?

lol or did you mean putting your clothes on the radiators gets condensation on windows. I'm not well............lol

Yeah, putting my clothes around radiators and on the airer too. Its not just that we are in a bungalow its really always full or steam from baths, showers, cooking etc...

My sister lives in a bungalow and as everything is just on one floor your right Marshallka its always full of steam from different things.;)

Heard from mcol today they've acknowledged my claim, so now have to wait and see if they defend!! OOO it's nerve racking!!! Quite agree we all get so insular it is like having a disease that is not socially acceptable. Am sure companies leave it to the last minute it is like a game of chess. can anyone tell me if my barclays mortgagecare is classed as ppi and also has anybody claimed from woolwich or barclays coz i cant see any reports of this. I do think I was missold because I was not sure about a lot of cover I took with my mortgage but I could do with some help please.

Last week i recived a phone call from minestry of justice 7 marketing, i was informed about the missselling of PPI and how i could get loads of money back etc, they then went on to say it will cost £199 today, on a no win no fee, they also said that if any lender is at fault for this the loan is deamed invalid and the entire amount will be wrote off, is this the case? if no claim and success isnt made the full £199 will be repaid. I thought this may be a scam and refused and said i would look into it and get back to them..

So my first question is are they trust worthy?

I'm not sure the PPI aplies to me beacsue i have never taken out any, loans or credit cards, they say that with credit cards you have to opt out and not opt in?

So baring htis in mind do i still have a valid case worth checking.?

my final question is, 5 years ago when i could of done with PPI i had a road accident and was off work for months, i ran up endless loans and credit card debts with 10 different lenders at a total of 90k.. since then i havnt met any agreed payment and am currently on a fixed monthly rate using Pay plan. i have several CCJ's against me..

In all honesty i dont think the service offerd by 7 Marketing will be of any help! does any one think i have claim to be made or am i likely to lose £199 in a scam?

To my knowledge I assumed any type of insurance is reclaimable if mis sold, unless someone else can confirm otherwise, and this also depends if the mortgage provider automatically added the insurance to your mortgage or not.;)
Yet there are many reasons of why people are mis sold. check here:

You will see some useful info about ppi mis selling and there is also a template on that link to help you reclaim.
Add your own reasons and as much info as possible.

Its well worth trying to reclaim if mis sold and just as long as you have never made a claim on it for sickness and unemployment etc.

They have 8 weeks to respond, post by recorded post, and if the first letter is unsuccessful another one can be send in order for them to reconsider and if still unsuccessful it can then go to the financial ombudsman service.

We will work through this step by step so if you could keep us posted of when you receive your first response we will take it from there, good luck and if you require further info just fire away - where one of us will help you.
