    Hi nutmeg
Good luck with that then hun and see what comes back within the SAR

Have decieded to give Halifax till Monday if no answer i will send my form off to FOS, its already filled in and ready to go. So it's just the waiting game now:rolleyes:
I really miss DI's daily chatter about how her day is going, the lessons with her son and all the things she gets up to. I know it's not PPI related but we all still need the human factor, gives you a small insight into other peoples lives and problems, and sometimes your own problems dont seem that bad when you can have a laugh about them on here.:rotfl:

Nutmeg when I started to first read your post I thought you were talking to yourself for a minute :rotfl: but then realised that it must be a post of Di's.

Yes, we are all human nutmeg and I agree and there is no harm having a little chatter now and then. Of course even if you feel horrible you come off here smiling from the laughs.

I would go to the FOS now then here:
    http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm

You can download a form or contact them to send one through the post.

I suggest to send copies to the other party as well, it can sometimes make them change their minds, if that is the case and its in your favour, then just let the FOS know.;) xx

EGG and MBNA did the same to me I put a complaint in to the ICO, but they take a bit to get back.

I called them both and told them I had made a complaint to ICO because they had gone passed the 40days.
