Di reading the forms from the FSCS it says it could take up to 6 months from when the company is in Default!!!! It may be sometime.

Arh right, could be waiting another year then or even more.....:eek: , may see what Incipience thinks about me complaining to the lender then.;)
Yet that could take some time as well... , its knowing what to do for the best isn't it ?

They just give the same answer, " we rely on information from 3rd parties who we have no powers over, so cant give a timescale of our investigations."
