I think that is a good idea, If my two loans hadnt been accepted by loan check then I would be trying that angle.
Maybe Incipience could help you with the wording on the FOS complaint form?

If there is a chance to go to the lender about the first one that was sold by the broker twopart then that would be cool, because these are still up and running.;)
I did leave a post for Incipience above, so I am just waiting for some feedback now.....:D

The 2nd loan with nemo as you know was won through the FOS, but it was them who then said if I wanted to complain for mis selling on the first loan dealt with by the brokers I would have to pursue through the brokers of twopart, as the FOS were also aware of the first loan but I only then complained of the loan advance one.

If this is the case I will withdraw my case from the FSCS but need to make sure first.

Who was the actual lender on your Picture loan Pinknico ?
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D

Nope found out today that the builders did not even wire the emmersion.   Apparently they made the decision not to wire it up. So I called everbody and then consumer direct.

In a new house you are only guaranteed for boiler heating 2yrs and 2yrs is up and they would not help us. I was livid.

Consumer direct told me that I am covered under the Supply of Goods Act and that goods purchased should be fit for there purpose.

I sent an email to the builders stating my annoyance and quoted the supply of goods act.

I have gave them the opportunity to come and fix it free of charge asap or I will take it further and go to my local newspaper.

They are looking into it and have called me back tonight to keep me updated.

A lot of people apparently called up to complain and not one of them were helped. I was foaming not bothered about me or OH its the kids
