We are in the same position. We paid for a SAR and received loads of paperwork but no recordings. Iv'e written back and requested them so hopefully should have them by the end of the week.

It so annoying that they do this, I made a complaint to the ICO as both EGG and MBNA failed to send the calls also they both took over 40days for the SAR.

I hope you get them soon.

It took MBNA over 40days to cash my cheque, EGG cashed quickly though, got my SAR from MBNA then they cashed cheque.

I think they know there is a lot more info in the calls sometimes than in the paperwork. They know what they are doing.

Its normally better to write but I thought I'd give them a call. However its taken about 3-4 calls so far and I told them I had made a complaint to the ICO because they failed to send all info requested.

The ICO take a little time to get back but they do.

You can either write againg sending it recorded or call them and mention the ICO

I would basically explain that:

Further to my letter of (date) I would like to mention that I previously asked for all information relating to my account within my letter, however you have failed to send the telephone recordings.

I am now requesting that you send these to me within the next 7days.

Lol track and trace sometimes does not work but you can call customer services and ask them to check for you.
