    Hi Monty
Happy to see this is sorted out, well done.:T

As you may know the aim is if they admit to this being mis sold that they put you back in the postion as if you did not have PPI from the start, plus interest.
Did they actually send you the calculations on how this was worked out?

Hope you don't mind me asking, but great you have this sorted, you must be relieved. Well done.[/quo
They sent us a break down of what we were charged and what they owed us back,it was all worked out, but we had it worked out ourselves so we knew it was right we were not expecting 8% interest so we acutally got around £200 more than we were expecting HAPPY DAYS:j

This is wonderful news Monty....:T , bet your chuffed to bits, I know I would be......:T  .

Have you anymore claims to deal with Monty?:D ;)

I'm going to chase EGG tomorrow, I gave them 7 days for the telephone recordings and still none, I did receive an acknowledgement letter however ,to say they would send them asap, going to call ICO too no reply from them, they take ages to get back to you.

Requested the SAR using template letter and of course 40days, did not get the SAR until 48th day:mad: and I think that only because I told them have complained to the ICO, but I got it in the end, however no phone calls. Think its been about 2wks now not too sure.

I think these companies seem to be holding onto the calls until you request them, MBNA have done the same thing. They know the calls with have evidence there.

  , maddening that !
I know the ICO can take a long time as well, hope they sort this out for you hun, and it makes you wonder why they are so hesitant in giving out the recordings doesn't it ?
