    lol.....:o :rotfl: :rotfl: oh dear.....:D .

I have that cover with Swalec, as I have both gas and electric with them they offered a deal months back for the heating/boiler & electrics and so, all for £20 a month, 24hrs call out etc, christmas etc, and I received £50 off my gas and electric bill, call that £25 off each one.;)

My sister having problems with time with her's right now as well and its more likely to happen this time of year as well......with it being Winter....

    Hi Monty
Happy to see this is sorted out, well done.:T

As you may know the aim is if they admit to this being mis sold that they put you back in the postion as if you did not have PPI from the start, plus interest.
Did they actually send you the calculations on how this was worked out?

Hope you don't mind me asking, but great you have this sorted, you must be relieved. Well done.[/quo
They sent us a break down of what we were charged and what they owed us back,it was all worked out, but we had it worked out ourselves so we knew it was right we were not expecting 8% interest so we acutally got around £200 more than we were expecting HAPPY DAYS:j
