I bought it in store. Not sure if the price is available online but its worth popping down to your local dixons to see. Its a Matsui make and theres a pic below which is exactly the same apart from the name.

Excellent find. I think I would have to return the one I purchased from Tesco which has still not been used.Do you make things happen, watch things happen, or just wonder, what happened?0

I have just come back from Curry's and they have the same product on marked for £19.99. This is no special price or offer. If this product, similar to the one being sold on ebay, effectively, does the same job as the Tesco version then perhaps the tesco deal was not that great. I will check my local Dixons to see whether it can be had for the said £14.97Do you make things happen, watch things happen, or just wonder, what happened?0

I got one of these today at Currys. Price on the shelf said £14.97, but at till came up at £19.99. Took the girl to the shelf to show her the ticket price, so she then changed the price to £14.97. It was the only one though, brought out from the back.
Does anyone know which is the better the Tesco one or Currys/Dixons one? I bought the Tesco one yesterday (last one again) and then saw this one online last night! So I have to decide which one to keep.
The only reason I had not set up the Tesco one was that I needed 2 extra extensions and a scart extension (too many scarts not enough sockets). Also does anyone know the cheapest place to get a scart extension?

akh43, I think I am in a similar position as yourself even though I have not yet acquired the second (cheaper) av sender. I suspect you are in a position to make certain judgement as you have the two from the rather simplistic qualitative feel, to literally pluging in and testing each of them and finally choosing the one you prefer. Your personal experience would be much more valuable then what anyone else would say about the product. On the basis of price I know what I will go for...Do you make things happen, watch things happen, or just wonder, what happened?0

For AKH43. I've got the Tesco AV sender and it works absolutely fine, I guess it depends how the Dixons one operates. I do think the Tesco one is very compact and unobtrusive.
I got a double scart splitter for £1.80 ish from QD, I know Tesco's sell them for about this price too.0
