in the absence of any terms to quote to them, what did you actually put in your email asking for the price reduction refund. Was it basically a begging letter or did you complain about the price drop so soon after buying the product?
I have a possible case for refund but don't know what write when making my request.0 -
Oh dear wish ide found this out sooner. I have an item £12 CHEAPER now
but order was at the end of Oct  wonder if they'd still honour?

I just complained that a day later the item had dropped by £2 and thought it a stupid expense to wait and return the item and then re-order!thor wrote:in the absence of any terms to quote to them, what did you actually put in your email asking for the price reduction refund. No begging required. A factual email pointing out the price fall and politely requesting a credit for the difference is all that is required. Just say you understand this to be in accordance with their usual policy. I have never had a problem.0 -
Yep i just asked them if it was true that they do indeed offer the difference back if they knock the price down within 30 days and they said they'd refund me:)Darren0

thanks for the link Helen. but did you ask for 'other assistance'?
i only ask because i want to complain about a delivery being put back twice, once to boxing day till january, and the same one to possibly february now, but i wasn't sure which option to choose, apart from all of them
thanks :beer:0
