These codes are for existing customers . I am not sure how many times they can be used though. Usually only the once.0 -
recommend a friend!! They get £15 off first order and you get £25 off a £50 spend!!
I recommended my hubby at work and AT HOME ADDRESS!!! I haven't got my discount yet, but he got the £15 discount!! code pr2390ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -
First time buyer - literally just registered - and hey presto, one £17.99 bike on its way! Just hope it's suitable for my little boy, though he does love Winnie the Pooh! Thanks a bunch OP!0

Ok, I'm confused. I just placed a order, they didnt ask for credit card or email address for confirmation, so how do i check my order? I never bought from them before.
It seems all too easy to screw someone over by their lack of security, someone can easily order TONS of items using a fake name and someones elses address.0 -

It sounds as though you have registered for a credit account with them, and they will do a credit search on you and set you up with an account that way. I almost got caught out by this too. When you click on the 'New Customer' tab it takes you to the screen where you enter your details to set up a credit account. There is an option at the top of this screen that says 'Pay by credit/debit card' but it's easy to miss - they should set it up so that you click which option you want before asking you to fill in any details. Don't know if there's anything you can do about it now

I hope they have a 'live' stock-check system for online orders. I don't want to find us MSE'ers have overloaded their system with orders for bikes they don't have (those of us who have been here a while will no doubt remember the B&Q fiasco!!!)0

From an experience a lot of us had with them last year, they dont have a 'live system' so be prepared to be disappointed. (although this maybe live now)
Also if you can phone the order through as the operators place orders using a 'live' system and the orders are processed quicker than the online orders.0 -
Also if you click into Autumn/ winter Sale/top right/ front page, then scroll down near the bottom,it's says in red,up to 60% off, kids zone/toys,there are loads of good bargains there too.....remember to look for the discounts on the discount forum pages........

I have just ordered the Winnie the Pooh bike and I am already a customer of theirs, but I typed in the code for new customers and I have just received an e-mail saying that my bike was being despatched along with my welcome pack!! It is about the third welcome gift I have been given!!
