We've all said what we think- I can't see any use to the op in yet another thread ending in other posters arguing and going ot.

The op indicated earlier that they would accept the money. Hopefully, it will have been resolved by now:rolleyes:

If your not prepared to help them, or to respond to them in a constructive manner then don't bother at all. Since the likes of DaveBrooker and Linus have decided to become the "retailers champions" these boards have rapidly gone downhill. New posters feel intimidated by the inane comments that they continuely spue forth. And those of us who are prepared to offer constructive advice or hold a resoned argument just can't be bothered because of the immature behaviour of a couple of posters.

Thank you so much for your post, I joined this forum with a name that unrich recognised that was being used by someone else on the Internet, now being new to this world of computing it has taken this long to work out how to change my ID but quite frankly after reading the comments here I see it is a pattern of negative responses, to what like my post appears to be a genuine vent. Thank you, and good luck Emma in trying for recompense..
