You have ever right to question the need for this- debate is healthy- even if you are wrong LOL!

I do think its wrong for it to go personal. Nasty pms are not called for.

I'm quite surprised that people would stoop that low. At the end of the day - even though I strongly disagreed with what you said - you were still entitled to voice your opinion, and don't deserve abusive PMs. Hope you reported the individuals concerned to [EMAIL="abuse@moneysavingexpert.com"]abuse@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL] - people who do things like that need to know that it's not acceptable behaviour.

Agreed, it simply beggars belief the way some people behave.
