On the community board someone posted the following:
I just had clarification after many many requests. This is the criteria:
FROM MARIA ALDERTON AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The selected Private Seller should meet all of the following criteria:
· Consumer sellers
· Listings between 13 and 499 (inclusive) in the 12 months to
23:59:59 on 30 Sept UK time
· Feedback percentage of 95 or above
· 12 month DSRs of 4.3 or above (unless no 12 month DSRs)
· Exclude:
. Businesses
. Power Sellers
. Suspended accounts (at the time the list was pulled)
Hmm, all of which I comply with
I comply with all those too, but I know someone who has had an invite & there feedback is 86.4% so that doesn't make sense.. Or they didn't really have an invite & was just saying it to make me mad !!!!who knows????

I'm just dragging this one up to say... even though I had no message about the 5p listing promotion in my ebay inbox, when looking at my ebay, or via email, I've just looked at my account status and next to what I listed on the 5th nov it says "insertion fee... promotional rate... £0.05". So it looks like I did get it after all, they just didn't tell me. Great promotion.:www: :: MFi3 ::

Depending on the category some listing insertions are always 5p..0 -
It was in the baby category - I don't think that's one of them, is it? And it does say 'promotional rate' in bold red letters.:www: :: MFi3 ::
