    Morning all,
Feeling ok this morning, managed some breakfast and going to go for a bath. The anti sickness/diarhhoea tablets are obviously working, the unfortunate downside to the sickness ones is that they make me drowsy. I was in my bed at 5.30pm last night! Oops:o

Hope the face is less sore valli, it is such an uncomfortable pain.
How is DD this morning Serena?

My cake (8" round tin) took 4 3/4 hours at 140C. That was greaseproof lined, brown paper tied round the outside and greaseproof paper over the top (with a hole cut in the middle like it said in Delia's recipe). It smells gorgeous. It's cool now, more rum fed into it and wrapped in greaseproof in a tin.
Good morning, well the cakes baked for 4 & half hours, left out to cool overnight. This morning I am wrapping in greese pr paper and storing in 2 plastic boxes. Polly, just reading you put rum in yours.... I put brandy in mine. It was just what I had in the store cupboard. Julie

    Morning All

Plumber just left as we had a leak from the boiler when we got up this morning.

DS was up at 5 and the girls about 6.10. The girls hadn't gone sleep until about 10 though!

Going to catch up with the rest of the thread now.

    :hello:

I still have loads to do as per usual! Think I'm going to just quickly do the kitchen dirty washing, hang the clean washing up and then attempt the bedroom. It depresses me every time I go in there and if we're going to have new wardrobes and shelves fitted (which will be fabulous as then I can put all the bedding somewhere!) I need to get everything out!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
