Just had breakfast and washed the dishes. Cleaned out the fire grate ready to light later. Off to put some warm clothes on...
If winter comes, can spring be far behind?
    Spring begins on 21st March.
  • Morning ladies

bit wet here today, but not as cold so that is good. I see our window cleaners are still trying to do their job, but a bit pointless in this weather. At least it keeps on top of it.

We managed to stay in bed till 7, but DS2 was definitely chatting at 6, and i heard DS1 crying at about 3:30, but he only cried once and then stopped before i got out of bed. Maybe a bad dream or something.

We had wet bedding again this morning - darn leaky nappies, maybe time to move him up a size again for bed, but then DS2 and DS1 will both be in size 5  .At least it will be less confusing for DH. I found DS1 in one of the babies nappies when we were out the other week.

Before DH went to work, i got him to put out a bag of compost for me in the outside bin, he brought clothes in from the TD and put the bedding from our bed plus DS1's new set in the TD (washed yesterday) and then posted my letters for me.

I'm trying my best to get on but really hard to leave DS2 for even a second, so no chance of nipping out to the garage to the TD, and the airers are all quite full.

Right. Now we've all eaten, i suppose i should go back upstairs and wash the kids and get dressed myself before the window cleaners get to our house. It will take me at least half an hour with kids in tow.

Have a nice day everyone. Valli, hope you're a bit better today, along with Serena's DD, and GandB, glad to hear the meds are working. It will probably give you a bit more energy, and you must have needed that kip.

    Morning

Just sat here have brekkie and catching up with you all. Not sure what we are going to do today although I am thinking of getting A &W's feet checked might need new school shoes, just trying to think when I bought the last lot. That can't be right, have just checked money and it says April!!!! Even scarrier is the total spent on shoes since we started using money in 2001.......£1097.41  and I would say we don't buy loads BUT we always buy Clarks shoes for the kids.

pigpen you around? Just a quick OT question about flannelette sheets for lining curtains. Do they keep the heat in well?

Could you get a playpen/travel cot to put baby in for two mins while you go to the TD?

It's just a thought, cos there are always going to be those moments when you need to leave the room...... going to the loo??? :):):)

I remember it well, not knowing what the hell to do with the baby while I did whatever it was!!

    Just a suggestion... HTH

Happy flying everyone and I'll pop back on later to say some proper hellos and hugs and that sort of thing. Need to eat now- very hungry lol after my morning pre-breakfast cleaning session!
Also feeling a bit tired now so will take the walk out very very very very easy!
