SarahShattered, my goodness, you'd think whoever was booking these things would have a little sense. However my exam, next door there was a noisy 'motivational teams' conference....I agree with AnWsMum however, kids sometimes see such things as parties, maybe they alwas should be, to spend time celebrating someones life, my cousins kids ran around at my Grandad's funeral, we ended up putting music on for them and they danced around like they always do, everyone said how lovely it was.

Mudbath, well done, didn't know they were offering 10% off at woolies via quidco I might have to have a look, my Boots order came today when I was out but a neighbour took it in for me :)

Summermoon sorry to hear that you're having problems, the councils I've had property with would have said exactly the same thing, can you not sell your gas one to pay for an electric or put it in as a swap? Maybe someone will have an electric one on Freecycle for you until you can get gas sorted, or you could use bottled gas. With the pipe usually it's just a case of putting a drop pipe through the ceiling, no need for removing units, which should never usually be more than £100. Get someone in independantly to have a look at it. Try Shelter of course first just incase it can be done free.

Kazwookie, register, log in and search for where you plan to shop through in the search bar, use the |A-Z or if you are looking for something like insurance just search for 'insurance' or 'pet shop' or whatever. I've made over £1000 since I started using it, as I said thanks to quidco my contents insurance is costing me £32 this year, less than a months premiunm before.

Good evening, spent over an hour in traffic to get here this evening, grrr, loads of accidents across the north east this afternoon. Hail stones now bouncing off the caravan roof, hope it eases off later. Have packed up the 2 kids cupboards, sack full of books included. I need to pull beds apart to vacuum under them next, joys, DS1s ear plugs at the ready.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Hail stones now bouncing off the caravan roof, hope it eases off later, sooner would be good so I can goto the loo. Have packed up the 2 kids cupboards, sack full of books included. I need to pull beds apart to vacuum under them next, joys, DS1s ear plugs at the ready. Then I can put the BBQ and george under there. Have decided to try to get it up to storage tomorrow afternoon because of the inconvenience it causes in the street, so need to do as much packing as I can before I take it home so can be emptied easier.
