    From Lewisham station you ask for direction towards Lewisham Town Centre clock tower (5 minutes walk - you can't miss it) then when you are at the clocktower look down the road where the market is. Something Fishy restaurant is opposite the market, it is really very visible as it has a big sign and seating outside. It is just past the fabric shop. See the first post for map and web link.
    Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

    Oooh! MRS Icey 77 how wonderful !!!!:T
    Shame you can't meet up but be gentle with OH's training :rotfl:
    I'm sorry, but that comment means I can't resist telling an un pc joke here, which DH - well trained as he is - guessed the punchline for long before I got there.

    At the Pearly Gates, there were two signs: one on the left saying "Men, queue here if you were bossed about by your wife" and the other on the right saying "Men, queue here if you were not bossed about by your wife".

    The queue on the left was very very long, stretching far away out of sight, but only one man stood under the sign on the right. Noticing this, one of the chaps on the left asked "How did you get there?"

    Wait for it ...

    "Oh, my wife told me to stand here."

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I hope you all have a good time.

    Good one, Savvy_Sue, and why un-PC? It is the truth! That's because wives always know better, no? LOL

    Actually, I think it's OK for me to tell it, because it's making fun of women rather than men, IMO. But it was a chap who told it to me. :rotfl: He knows his place ...
