Hi!! I have just come across your thread and thought I would drop a quick line to say how well you are doing!!

With regards to the condensation, although it doesn't look too attractive, an old jam jar (or something similar) about half filled with salt (any cheapo salt) and put on the window cill will help to absorb some of the moisture before it condensates on the pane. You could always paint something on the jars to make them look a bit prettier. When the jar is full, you drain off most of the water and then re-dry the salt (in the oven, use a dish though not the jar!) and then you are ready to go again!

Wishing you all the best.... and I'll be back!! Nats x

nat love the hint about condensation, it's terrible in my flat so will give it a go.

Carkeyz sorry to hear you've had further contact with that person who calls himself your father, i really hope you can get him sorted. Also really hope the bank come through with the bank charges issue to help your bump fund. OH and I have started a bump fund, so that we can cover maternity leave costs, won't start trying till we'll well on the way though.

Thanks for the tip nat! Ill be getting on with that this weekend :)
I want a big bump fund mainly to cover myself incase of bills and emergency's while I'm off.
I just called my so called father and offered to write him in to our DMP he was abusive and said that this wasnt over and he will make me and OH pay in more ways than one. Burst into tears and am now trying to compose myself, I hate him so much and I dont know how I can cope with this now.
I will put him into the DMP and he can be dealt with through that, I dont want him being treated like a human at all cause he isnt treating me like one.

Aw Hun - BIG HUGS!! (sorry, can't find the smiley - bloomin' things always escape me!!)

I really don't have much advice to offer you regarding 'that man' but I would suggest logging when you speak to him and any threats made to you and your OH.

    Hugs, Nats x

Well I've been paid, not that we notice it, my payday comes at the same time all the big bills do :(
We have paid all of our rent/DMP ect.
I do a monthly shop at iceland and one at tescos - iceland is just so much cheaper on some bits and saves spending more at tescos.
I budget for £60 at Iceland and only spent £54 so an extra £6 for our weekly spending money - we deserve a treat every now and again lol - never thought I'd see the day when I got excited about £6!
Now just got to wait for money to transfer from bank account to debit card account for the big tesco shop and get that done!

Argh I am so annoyed, Barclays have just appeared - my old account - and said I am £130 over drawn - I forgot to cancel one damn payment and they have been taking it from nothing for months :(
Thats a big chunk out of my budget but still affordable.... were just skint for the week and not able to pay council tax if it was due - thank god its a break month! I then phoned them and tried to close the account but I have to go to the damn branch tomorrow :(
Argh Im angry they didnt let me know before hand :(
