Right another day house bound so I am going to get some jobs done. I really need to stop vegging on the sofa, damn these braxton hicks thought they are making me just want to curl up with a cup of tea, the biscuit tin and a good chick flick. But if I have time in the home and with OH here he can help too :)

    Today I want to:
    • Get back log of washing done - will have to be dried on rads though far too snowy!
    • Get last nights washing up done - I'm lazy - I just really couldnt be arsed.
    • Check online banking and see if Billy got any bonuses
    • Clean bathroom
    • Wipe down windows in bedroom - condensation is getting mad in there must look up ways to prevent it
    • See if enough ingredients to make scones :)
    • Start washing baby clothes that everyone has given us and seperate into piles 0-3 months 3-6 months and 6-9 months :)
Right off to start on that list :)

Well I'm pleased to say me being back at work today has spurred me to get back into my routine.

    My list for today:
    • [STRIKE]Check what time billys optician appt is on saturday cause the goon boy cant remember[/STRIKE]
    • [STRIKE]Pick up bits for week that we will need and dont spend over £30[/STRIKE] - Spent £18.08 :)
    • [STRIKE]Get cash out for week[/STRIKE]
    • find out when next antenatal appt with GP is and book it off at work
    • [STRIKE]Start thinking about batch cooking for when I go on maternity leave[/STRIKE]
Also got another 2 £2 coins which brings the total up to £34! Woop woop! Also really nice to see savings piling up a bit, I know its only a months worth but still makes me feel good.

I sat down and worked out what we can save realistically from our wages before April when bump is due about £900 :) which has perked me up a bit :)

I think I waffle a bit in these diary entries so apologies now to everyone that does read :)

We have our first antenatal class on Wednesday which I'm really excited but nervous about :)

    Another day!
It should have been a NSD but it wasnt.
I have been feeling groggy for days and went to doctors and he has signed me off with exhaustion for the rest of the week and said if Im not feeling 110% on monday he wants me off for another week!
I havent been sleeping - damn bump and am now hoping that I can catch up on the sleep I miss at night during the day!
So feeling all sorry for myself I went to Sainsburys bought a load of biscuits, chocolates, nibbles and trashy mags to keep me entertained and spent £12! Oppps :)
Then again I think I deserve it and got another £2 coin so that's a good thing right :)

Am feeling perkier already... roll on maternity leave!
Today I have sent an invoice for Billy's private work for £400 - that will be a nice amount to pop into the safe. Should get that in the next week or so.
Have also got my reply from HSBC totalling the bank charges they have charge us for last 6 years! £3230! Wow so have done letter claiming financial hardship due to DMP and baby and asking them to re pay the total amount.
I know they will take the £600 we owe them off that but then thats that debt gone and more money on DMP for the other creditors so fingers crossed :)

That's the perkiness gone, struggled to sleep again last night and feel like a zombie, OH wants me just to chill out and relax but there is so much to do around the house cause I've been neglecting it.

I have worked out that if I successfully claim back the bank charges from HSBC, chase up outstanding invoices owed to OH and put a bit away each time we get paid we can have £4218 saved for bump :)

In other news though got another letter from the man who claims to be my father. He has submitted court papers and we will be hearing from them. Im devastated and hate him so much. I'm thinking now of either putting him on our DMP - will have to discuss with them though as to whether we can do that or just offering him £5 a month - he will probably get less than this on DMP but I want a written agreement that also states he is never to contact me and my family again.

More exciting news though OH and his friend have rented a workshop together - ok thats another £80 a month to find but he can make so much money by having them and hopefully go on his own which will make it easier. He will literally be earning what he earns a month every week - fortnight. He went to see a huge job last night and either option that the customer decides to take will either mean a huge payout in next few weeks of about £1500 or £600 every year when job needs re doing :)

    Exciting stuff eh!
