Not sure about mixing my own, I think I will at first just buy my favs at next strength down ( so Grizwalds that will be 10mg) and then can mix equal amounts of the higher and lower one giving a nic level in between both a I think to go straight down to next dilution will be to big a drop or I can even ask Jason if he can have some mixed for me at lower levels - the idea would be of course to just reduce strength by 1mg at a time but I just don't feel confidant enough to mess about with nicotine, would rather leave it to those who know what they are doing.

Past few days I have been getting the most awful suddenly hitting cravings for a nastie, as fast as they go another comes along, but its funny I have totally no inclination to give into it at all which is amazing me. I can be sitting here and bang my whole being seems to cry out how it wants a nasty oh so very, very badly but I just grab one of my e-cigs ( usually lookalike) and vape away until it passes. I know its not nicotine withdrawal causing it, its just purely psychological. I am finding I am treating these cravings as if some interesting symptoms of a illness that not me but someone else has, as suddenly this switch has clicked inside me and I know I am a non-smoker. it really is a weird feeling as if I am outside looking into my head. The cravings come but they are nothing to do with me, the me the person as I am a non-smoker and its just the dying flappings of this other person the smoker and so I vape to ease their suffering ( i know totally daft sounding, well after 37 hrs awake I did manage to sleep 9hrs so not exactly the sharpest pencil in the box at the moment), but the me the true me is a non- smoker. Maybe its to do with the fact the true me for so long was a slave to nasties and now its become free that is giving me this weird way of looking at things.

Whisky Cream is on its way so should I hope be here tomorrow as I have used it all. am glad I ordered it as CC site is down again as went to pay Dave for my ticket for the meet up in May and refused again so checked CC site and yes trouble again......will have to email him and explain and accept he might have to let my ticket go to someone else if I cannot get it paid today as I promised I would.

Not sure how much I am vaping a day as I just fill cartos with different flavours and chop and change but don't refill them every day and have about 6 on the go at once. What I might do is when whisky cream arrives I will decant some into a small 5ml bottle and just vape that until the 5mls has gone - its the only flavour I could happily do that with. OK if the craving hits I most likely will reach for lookalike but will then put a new prefilled carto in it and not allow myself to replace it until the 5ml whisky cream has gone. That way I will know roughly how much I am vaping per day then as I reduce the nicotine can see if that makes me vape more, which would defeat the object of reducing as could end up actually having more nicotine overall.

Sorry I bet this post doesn't make one tiny bit of sense, hopefully body will soon get out of this mad phase and I will have a normal sleeping pattern again and head clearer.

Hey Prep, Jason will mix the 30ml juice at 15mg. I find that strength a nice compromise!

Will ask Jason about getting some liquids at 15mg - whisky cream, vanilla tabac and not sure what else. Cocomel is ok but not my favourite, I am not over fond of coconut and to me it tastes more of that than anything else.

I like Black Cat, Liquerice Tobac and Eastern spice from Vapeescape!

Liquorice is one flavour I will not be trying as I am allergic to it.

No.

In fact I haven't had a bad one since I stopped smoking. Some of it is no doubt not having to go outside to smoke and spend hours in the freezing cold and I'm thinking some of it down to being healthier... and maybe some of it due to the nature of PG, because when I've had a cold that the rest of the family has had, I've had it much better than them, like one mild day of a cold, instead of 4 horrible days.

If it's a side effect of vaping, I'm not complaining

No cold but woke up today ( yes I did sleep for a bit) with a totally blocked nose but I think its more hay-fever starting off ( I have for years rarely had a cold and hope that continues, same with chest infections) so as I read over on AAE-C some people suggesting vaping Menthol to ease cold symptoms ,I bought some to have in, I used my Menthol Tabac for first time and yes cleared it nicely ( although have now started my anti-histamines) - and have to admit vaping it, is so different from smoking it, I hated menthol nasties, but its a very smooth vape, not one I would use a lot but will always dig it out now for any blocked nose, sore throat and things like that.
