Hah, in a fit of enthusiasm I bought 30mls of menthol because it was cheap and I used to like menthol fags many years ago. To say it was a bit of a shock is putting it mildly. I've found it gives a nice smooth combo with a bit of apple/strawberry and yunyan. I'll be ordering some more sample bottles this week to try out more combos.

I was using a full 24mg patch for the first day or so then the last three days it's been a half patch and I rapidly got used to that. I might have been verging on too much at first, but it's not a problem now.

This time around, even when I totally stop eventually, I'll always have a vape kit around and if the crazy urge hits me, a vape is better than a pack of baccy.

Some of it is no doubt not having to go outside to smoke and spend hours in the freezing cold and I'm thinking some of it down to being healthier... and maybe some of it due to the nature of PG, because when I've had a cold that the rest of the family has had, I've had it much better than them, like one mild day of a cold, instead of 4 horrible days.

If it's a side effect of vaping, I'm not complaining

I haven't had a chest infection since like vaping :j...just proves how good vaping is. Before I'd get at least 2-3 a winter....

You'll do just fine hun...Just self monitor and reduce gradually....I'm sure you'll do just fine...would be wary of having a 24mg with vaping (unless it's very low) but I did about 15mg nasal spray and about 2ml 36mg/ml vaping (maybe one) for the first 3 months and was fine ...but towards the end I reduced my nic/ml a little then came off the spray in 2 weeks and noticed I vaped more but wasn't concerned...

Hi all, back again.

Got my kit this morning and used the above...It stinks, making me dizzy.. deffo not one for me, but is it because it is 24mg perhaps to high for me?

Want a nice fruity flavour with a hint of tobacco, I don't usually inhale when smoking analogues could that have anything to do with it?

The other one I got is Apple Tabac hope that it is a bit better than this one.

Having said that, I do love the concept of having a fag like tool that gives out smoke, if only I could get my Silk cut in it i would be fine HaHa.

Just hope that I can cut down on my 20 per day smelly habit.

I don't know what's in RY4, I don't like it either.

I can tell you my favourite vape, it's Vermillion river Premium juice. There are a couple of places you can get it from, I'll pm you the one I use, it's sort of a maple/caramel/tobacco taste, alot of people recommend it, if you search for it on google, you'll see what is said about it.
You can get little tester pots to try.

24mg could be too high for you, if you don't inhale when smoking, then don't breathe the vaping vapor through your nose and take smaller vapes. That way you'll get less nicotine.

Yes could be 24mg is to high for you, not tried RY4 yet although I do have a small bottle of it, but at 18mg. It really is trial and error till you get the right e-liguid. You should try and suck in for a few seconds then blow out the vapour, you don't have to swallow it. I used to swallow nasties smoke so am having to retrain myself not to do so with e-cig vapour. You can dilute the e-liquid with glycerine that you can buy from the chemist, it will of course dilute the taste as well, but that might not be a bad thing as you are not fond of it anyway. Vegetable glycerine is fairly sweet. It will just make the e-liquid thicker. Some people only vape VG ( vegetable glycerine based e-liquids) I have one - Home Counties, not a bad tobacco flavour, as I had sore gums at first and wasn't sure if it was a side effect of PG, it was not, and I find the liquid thicker and definitely produces more vapour.

So true.....the e-cig is more a puffing action. You only really hold it when you don't want to let smoke out....and then only for a second or two...and I find that holding my breath makes me really dizzy...

Of course the action smoking and the action of the e-cig is different......you might find watching the chap on here helpful - http://www.e-cig-reviews.com with his various e-cigs...

Also Pah he has a section on mixing as well with a calculator...normally it's 20 drops per ml by the way but I'm happy using syringes

Now this one is much sweeter and nicer taste, buy not something I would like to use each vap session.
I think I need to get some samples to try until I find the ones I can cope with and no side effects.
I have no way of knowing if I am using too much or too little liquid apart from with it being new the white fibre goes darker, might have problems with refilling later on.
yes this one is much better, I can feel the effect on my throat now but not unpleasant.
