Research shows that there are about 4000 chemicals in a normal cigarette - in essence the biggest harm to your health comes from the chemicals not the nicotine.

An electronic cigarette is a good way to get around this if you are stuggling to quit smoking all together as you still get that nicotine hit and also unlike patches you get the realistic actions such as an ordless vapor.

These are reckoned to be best value at the moment, and the supplier should give good support because he's fairly new and "on probation"

You can't have it all ways, though - you must be prepared to take a chance. I'm rather surprised that you've posted here rather than on one of the many forums you've read, and I hereby command you to come and join us at All-About - this thread is not populated by many active vapers

Also, you say "89mm" - I think that may be the Super-Mini DSE103, which is not the one I've pointed you to. All the more important for you to go to All-About, where Chrissie and others will know what you need.

Great detailed review! There are lots of flavours available out there and one way to test and try them all out without spending a fortune is to buy tester bottles.

Better than nothing There's been a spate of newbies lately, following the resurrection of the topic on the eBay Q&A board (the thread will probably be deleted when the main Pink gets back from holiday). They all seem to be doing really well and most have rapidly graduated from the usual starter kit to a fairly new mod, the Riva... which has long-lasting, more powerful battery than the cigarette-style Mini etc.
