Going to go for the Ego ce4
Best i've found is £28 for the starter kit. This seem good? Just need to find best place for juice.
Any other recommendations or would you say the ce4 is ideal?
The ce4,ce5,ego w etc will all be fine and I paid over the odds for mine but it paid for itself in 5 days.Take the plunge and even if you do see a slightly better bargain in a few days you'll already have your kit and have saved money you would have spent on real cigs.Pop your money in a pot and watch it build up I have a good stash in an old coffee jar it's a great incentive :rotfl:0 -

Because the support they offer is priceless..:T:T:TIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

Nicotine is NOT the baddy in cigs. In fact, it's one of the least harmful chemicals - it's just what keeps you addicted. Smoking an e-cig is about as harmful as drinking caffeinated coffee. Just quitting nicotine will be hard. I'd strongly advise getting juice with nicotine in, but gradually reducing it if you want to get to zero-nicotine vaping. Most suppliers sell zero nicotine juice and I think shisha sticks are zero nicotine. But if you're quitting fags, definitely do it gradually.
Same for me, tasting like cigarettes doesn't matter. I thought it would at first, but I easily got used to new flavours and eventually real cigarettes stopped tasting nice anyway.
As for nicotine, it's good to try some different strengths, including zero. It's not invisible, you can feel/taste it I find and getting the right amount (if any) is important for finding something that feels right for you. Zero didn't do much for me, while high strength was unpleasant. Fortunately, medium is just about right.0 -
My first order from go4smoke arrived and I must say I won't be doing another order.Ego W attie doesn't fit, apple & blackberry juice tastes burnt and just yuk!,strawberry juice missing and free gift juice wrong mg of nicotine.I phoned to say one item was missing and I got the feeling the guy on the phone thought I was trying to cheat him as he had checked the order.Maybe 3 bottles was to big a number to count???well anyway he finally agreed to send the missing bottle but judging by the one received I'm not holding out much hope for it .I've place an order with LTcigs so fingers crossed their juice is better it had good reviews.I need a stash for holiday next week :eek:0

[QUOTE=THi - I got the vapour cig, not the one that looks like a cig it's one that is like a pen shape and you fill it with the juice, you can get different flavours and strengths, Within 3 days of having this i did'nt want an ordinary cig - that was 9 weeks ago and i had been smoking for 40 years - really pleased with myself.
Saying that - my husband did'nt like it and has gone back to his roll-ups -- so it's not for everyone, but i say give it a try,it's not that expensive to try it - the £1 shops and markets sell the kit to start for £12 depending where you live, and the juices are around £3 - lasts ages. DIYmum:beer:ollydolly;discussion/1243625]Just wondered if anyone had tried one of these or has any ideas the best one to get value for money wise.
Please dont tell me to just give up I dont want to. Im just after opinions on the actual device.
A review of which is here.....[QUOTE=THi - I got the vapour cig, not the one that looks like a cig it's one that is like a pen shape and you fill it with the juice, you can get different flavours and strengths, Within 3 days of having this i did'nt want an ordinary cig - that was 9 weeks ago and i had been smoking for 40 years - really pleased with myself.

Can I ask the advice of people in this thread, please?
I'm tasked with finding a decent e-cig for a disabled gentleman (very heavy smoker) to try. It should be the kind that looks like a cig and emits vapour but not a refillable type, just one that can be used for x amount of time and then disposed of. It needs to be simple and straight forward to operate (hence the reason for avoiding the refillable types). The gentleman in question often smokes 3 packs of normal cigs a day, so the hope is that both health and money could be saved.
So, which brands are decent and widely available? I've only seen them for sale in Home Bargains and I wasn't too confident to experiment. I don't want to initiate a change that isn't sustainable.....in other words I want to know that he will be able to easily purchase what I suggest to him going forward.
Any ideas?''He who takes no offence at anyone either on account of their faults, or on account of his own suspicious thoughts, has knowledge of God and of things devine.''0 -
The best thing you could do Bumble is ask on a reputable e-cig forum

Well after struggling with EGO-T type A/B tank systems
I've decided to play with things a wee bit more fun :j
Kanger EVOD - Bottom Coil Clearomizer Qty: 2
Kanger Evod Replaceable Head - 1.8 ohm
Kanger Evod Replaceable Head - 2.2 ohm
Kanger MT3S - Bottom Coil Clearomizer Qty: 2
Kanger MT3S Replaceable Head - 2.2 ohm
plus Vision 900mah Silver Battery which takes my total to 4 900mah ego bats.
Not bad all that for £36 inc next day delivery
I've bought all my kit so far from here http://www.vapeland.co.uk/index.asp
Although for juice I'm using a mixture of RY4 and acevapers organic AV4 http://www.acevapers.com/e-juice/organic-av4/
The AV4 is thick dark and smells devine but cloggs up me A/B type atty like glue.
Thick liquid plus dark liquid with the design and plastic of the A/B type EGO tank system is a no go. Nicotine and some citrus juices also react with the plastic so... The above seamed the right way to go.
Was looking at the EGO CE V5 which is the rebuildable EGO CE V4 tank but research didn't give me much confidence in them tbf.0
