    well good luck for monday. one thing i have never understood in all the posts i have read here about poeple buying off plan and then getting into difficulties and being forced to pay full deposits even if they pull out and the worrying aobut having to pay for the 'losses' to the developer and YET if the developer is a year or 2 years late with the bulding of the flats, nothing is done to them, i dont get that at all

    Escape clauses will be in the contract.
