Requested a CHAPS payment at 11am today, the money has disappeared from my account but has not showed up in the target account... should I be worried or are there still delays even now? Will I get a refund of the fee? Anyone else requested a transfer in the last few days?

Thanks wadeall for the advice.I have just opened a one year fixed interest with Birmingham and Midshires who have told me that as long as the money is with them by the 30th I get the 6.6. :j Hopefully ING will actually give me my money back in time to re-invest.
Sorry I should have looked up the parent company of A and L myself, thanks for letting me know that it's Santander and not ING.
