I am off to bed soon guys, but this has been a really positive day for lots of you. I know there are others out there who are still hanging out for your money and are very frustrated, and I am not making light of it...I am thinking of you all and will be back tomorrow, watching and waiting with baited breath! Congratulations to you all who have received your payment transfers.

Just to keep upto date, I sent CHAPS request 08/10 (am), received email (Wednesday 29/10) from ING following call to KE Helpdesk on Monday (27/10), informed me my money is held up at Clearing Bank and they are working on releasing it.

Checked my Linked Account this evening (30/10), still no money!! Shall keep my fingers crossed that may be tomorrow or even next week I will be my turn!!

Has anyone else received similar email from ING over last couple of days? If so have you received your funds yet?

I think you will find its a generic email, keep ringing them daily, sometimes twice a day....don't give up, don't be fobbed off...you will win but you need to hassle them until the cave in....good luck, you will win!

Keeping my fingers crossed for all missing money to start appearing on promised Friday. Mine didn't turn up until late in the day on Wednesday, but others seemed to start mid afternoon.

After phoning last friday I did receive a generic e-mail.. but to-date nothing concrete.. I have been guilty of being to trusting over this, I am now beginning to reach the end of my tether over, so many lies and false promises.
**ING SPOKESMAN TELL US THE TRUTH WHERE IS OUR MONEY? WITH ING, KAUPTHING EDGE, THE RECEIVERS, OR THE CLEARING BANKS**
we get different answer each time we phone or read the updates.

I think you have a good point. I have just cancelled my fixed rate and they have alterred my statement and have not paid any interest. I have substantial copies of all transactions

PRINT AND SAVE Everything You will wake up one day and it will all be gone already there have been suttle changes to the website..

They have also alterred my accounts so that there is no record of any of these transactions.


I will be withdrawing the money today but I do intend claiming for all my lost interest plus compensation. I have no intention of letting ING or the administrators off.

This is disgraceful way to deal with people. I am out of ING now as I could not go through all this again I am far to old. I had the same problem with BB which started all this off, but I have reinvested because it all went so smoothly and I am stuck at the moment as to where to reinvest. (Being dealt with)

I'm Sooooo pleased for all those who were successful today, the numbers ARE slowly growing.

Agonyaunt - don't stress about letting off steam, I've had my moments too, we're entitled to them, I think. I know I wont find anything in my linked account today, and I'm not even expecting an indication of when after my very depressing conversation with a supervisor yesterday. It's going to be a great weekend isn't it????!!!!
