I've had no joy as yet but like so many others I wait in hope.
Is it the case that all who have been paid over this last few days received a phonecall prior to the payout?

I really feel for everyone still waiting for their funds. It took me 14 days to get most of my money back.

Today I had a phone call from Kaupthing Edge with regard to my written formal complaint. I have been requested to send copies of bank statements to confirm the transfer amounts do not match what was credited to my account. This will be pass onto the administrators and they will consider my claim for compensation.

I ask everyone in this situation, even those who have had their funds repaid, to make a formal complaint and to ask for compensation. If ING receive hundreds of complains they may have to offer compensation to everyone involved.

Emailed my MP yesterday and just received this reply:

to the Treasury Minister for a reply and Mr. Mates will be in touch as
soon as he hears.

I had success with a secure message on saturday 25th Oct I even got a reply it did me know good though. I have just tried to send a secure message and they have switched it off! How can you let of steam if you can't get in touch with these w*****s. Customer service is useless.

I got my phone call yesterday saying money would be in by Friday. (As you probably know my money arrived today)!
