Despite their promises i have not received any phone call or email today from KE / ING

Congrats to rob, ippy and others who got their own money returned today!
Havn't had time to go through all of the thread from today, but seems quite small number out of the 80 have received payment?
Today rang:-
FCSA - "need to talk to ING or the Dutch compensation scheme"
Financial Ombudsman - "need to wait 8 weeks after formal complaint has been logged"
ING - logged formal complaint
No email for me from ING/KE
No phone call from ING/KE
Despite reporting problem Friday the 24th
Seems like these guys don't give a T**S

I received this email today, as did some of you so I gather, but I received my money on Friday...so they are at it again!
Further to our recent telephone conversation where we committed to providing a response within 48 hours. Regrettably I have to inform you that the recent transaction from your Kaupthing Edge Account to your nominated linked account has been identified as being held up.
Whilst the instruction was given to process your transaction, we have now identified that the transaction has been held up at the clearing bank. As a result the payment has not yet been released and we are working with the clearing bank to release your payment in the quickest possible way so the funds are available to you as a matter of urgency.
We cannot stress enough that your money is safe and we continue our commitment to you in terms of resolving this issue.
ING Direct will refund the loss of interest on your Kaupthing Edge account that resulted from payment delays. CHAPS fees will also be refunded in cases where the payment was not sent within the normal timescale.
We appreciate your patience and we will update you shortly as to the timing of your transaction being released.

Can someone please clarify for me (my brain is messed up) whether our fight is with KE or ING. I ask this because all my phone calls have been made to KE only????????????0

I received an e mail today re "delayed tranfer of funds".
It stated that KE/ING had authorised the outstanding money to be transfered but unfortunately the clearing bank had not actioned this request to date.
KE/ING are in discussion with the clearing bank to resolve the situation and they will be in contact shortly with an anticipated date for trasfer to linked account.
So I have had some communication within the 48 hour deadline however I am still no nearer conclusion.0
