    Mortgage is 98k house worth between 90 - 100k more likely than not its in neg, but the loans are secured on it, so we wouldnt be able to keep it should the OR not have any interest in it right?
    Im definatley getting on the phone tomorrow and finding out whats going with rented accom, if its good ill grab it. Do I then go about cancelling phone and internet etc as I would if I was moving through a sale?
    I feel like Im creeping around and it almost feels wrong?!?!

    Dont cancel them til you have somewhere, and know moving date.

    Sorry to ask have you taken advice? from one of the charities? and have you got the BR fees?

    Have spoken to National Debt helpline, have BR fees from the payments Im not going to be making on mort and SL.
    Another question I have if I find a place to rent and its slightly higher than what I would pay on my mortgage would the OR frown upon that?
