I work at a solicitors, for a pension company, we are regulated by the FSA so more than likely I will.
My pay wont increase when I return as work are paying me my full pay instead of the basic pay. So that is and always has been my full wage.
The car is in OH name and we are both going BR all SL and mortgage are in joint names.

OK I see now why you think you may loose your job. Is there anyway that you can ring the FSA and put a hypothetical question to them about your job and what their take on it would be. Would you be able to talk to your boss as well in confidence and see if there is another job you could do.

How difficult would life be without a car? How much is it worth?

    EDIT: answered while typing. Thanks

Im going to stop paying everything, just paying, gas and leccy etc, everything necessary really. What I pay on the mortgage Ill prob pay on rent, maybe a little less.

So with just rent to pay and the suggestions on your SOA we've made then you should be ok.

    Hi,

Tiger has a point can you do a job there that does not mean you move money around? The OR seldom tell your company, is it in your terms and conditions that they do NOT allow BRs... please check, if not I am not sure they can simply sack you, and if not in t/c why would you have to tell them!

I think once you take some things off, not haircuts though, as they are needed less you cut your own!! you can get to either a small surplus, and Child benefit is NOT included when paying into an IPA but you wont be paying one of those on these figures.

Yes if Hubbie gets job you have to inform the OR within 21 days or you will be back in court.

Right a surplus now you take off £82 for child benefit how many kids have you got? as it has to be on the SOA but by law the OR cannot include it for purposes of an IPA. Do you know what one of those is? not being funny here as I had no idea when I came here what that meant.

Now if hubby gets a job he will need a car? cross that one when you get there, and then the car expenses get added back.

Looking at what you have now put up there, TAKE off internet it is not allowed by most ORs.. not the amount just the WORD.

Okay going on this I would now add back Mobile at £10 per month and add holiday at £15 per month. You get free opticians, dentists and prescriptions does hubby if not add £10 but lump them together.

Know sounds like I am increasing it again, but I am trying to make it look realistic.
