And apologies if i am being simple, but I reckon its time we found out about these arrangements.

These "arrangements" were put in place when it was stated that Iceland wouldn't cover their part of the bargain.

So come on its time, we are becoming very restless.

The man is an expert at talking crap, but if wants the help of the IMF he needs to sort out this first. I suppose it depends on much he needs the help of the IMF if he swollows his balls or not.

Based on this response I would say that Darling has not told us any untruths, this says to me that they will not honour their part of the agreement.

and quoting from the icelandic petition

we would like to stress that the Icelandic authorities have always maintained their intention to honour their obligations in this matter, contrary to claims made by Chancellor Alistair Darling and Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Well the minister Mathiesen said in response to Darlings question.

"No, not outside of what was already in the letter that we sent."

GB & AD have not claimed anything!! its their in black & white in the transcript!!
