    Sorry to hear about your wife, I think in this instance if you really cannot afford to pay it back all in one go I would tell them that I genuinly thought I had won twice, therefore I had spent the money but was happy to pay it back however that it would have to be in small installments and all I could afford was £10.00 a month, in fact I would put that in writing to them. You have offerred to make payments and there is no real legal action they can take at that point, sorry but it was their mistake and ok you should pay it back but on your terms.
    2008 - £6,000.00, 2009/10 - Didn't comp
