True but it has been through appeal once and no change. I truely belive that is this that caused him to have his fits as the are brought on by stress and tiredness0

Hello Minigirl,
My husband is going through the same excate thing with dla. He has had epilicy for the past 7 years. On DLA, high everything. three years ago we went to tribunal and won. Now three years on we have no are having to go to tribunial after an appeal. Hubby still has seizures. Does the DLA know better than the doctors or consultant??? What was the out come of your case??

We have just had the date through for the tribunal and it set for 19th June. Trying to keep our hopes up
